Cosmo Mung Bean Sprouts Beef Teriyaki

 

Ingredients:
9 oz. Cosmo Mung Bean Sprouts
7 oz. beef (thinly sliced)
1 carrot
1 bunch asparagus
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Teriyaki sauce

 

Preparation:
Using a vegetable peeler, slice carrot into thin strips. Place strips into an ice water bath for 20 minutes or until curly. Cut asparagus unto 3 inch diagonal sections. Coat beef in corn starch. Heat oil in a sauté pan and brown the beef. When the beef is done, add the sprouts, asparagus and carrot. Toss together with teriyaki sauce and serve.
